When I first was told about the Business Coaching, I thought it was just like every other program I had seen that never works unless you live with the fairies.

When I was finally convinced (it took 3 of them!) I gave it my best shot. Business Coaching has helped us remove discretion and choice from many of our activities and has brought the concept of systemisation and systemic thinking. We now have clearly defined management roles.
